MINIMUM ORDER:

Domestic shipping: $50.00 minimum order
International shipping: $100.00 minimum order
Will Call pickup: $100.00 minimum order


***Exceptions: Businesses purchasing samples (.02 oz. sizes).***

$15.00 surcharge for orders placed under the minimum.

Order minimum is waived for new customers on their first order .


ORDER FULFILLMENT:

Liberty Natural strives to fulfill all orders to be shipped within two business days.

 

For instance: an order placed after 9:00am on Monday, is filled on Tuesday, to be shipped on Wednesday. However, occasional delays do occur.




SAME DAY ORDERS:

Liberty Natural does provide an option for orders to be shipped the same day as they are placed.

There is a $20.00 Same Day service fee for this option, that will be added to your invoice.

 

Same Day orders must be placed PRIOR to 12:00 p.m. Pacific Standard/Daylight Time.

 

If, for any reason Same Day service is not available for your order, a Customer Service Representative will contact you.




ORDER CORRECTIONS OR ADDITIONS:

We understand that you may occasionally need to make an adjustment to your order.

If you wish to make a change to your order, we prefer that you contact us via phone, to insure that the correction is made in a timely matter.

If you are making a change via email, please enter "order correction" in the subject line. Be sure to reference either your web order or invoice number.

***Changes or additions may cause a one day delay to your order***


OUT OF STOCKS & BACK ORDERS:

Unfortunately, out of stock items occasionally occur. If Customer Service sees that an item is out of stock when you order is placed, they will do their best to notify you.

 

Out of stock items that are over $15.00 are automatically back ordered, unless previously requested otherwise.

 

Customers will be notified when Back Order items are once again available and of the current pricing.

 

No Back Orders will be shipped without customer approval.


PAYMENT TERMS:

Liberty Natural accepts: Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express for orders under $7,500.00.

 

Domestic orders over $7,500.00 may be paid via:
Credit card- with 3% credit card fee.
Bank wire- with $15.00 bank wire fee added.
Check- additional processing time applies.

 

International orders over $7,500.00 may be paid via:
Credit card- with 3% credit card fee.
Bank wire- with $15.00 bank wire fee added.

 

Net 30 accounts available upon approved credit.

All credit card payments will be processed at the time of shipment (No Exceptions).



SHIPPING:

Domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground, unless requested otherwise by customer at the time the order is placed.

 

Customer is responsible for published shipping cost based on the carrier and service they choose.

 

International orders- Please indicate shipping preference when ordering: UPS Worldwide Express, UPS Worldwide Saver, USPS International Priority, DHL or FedEx.

 

Freight orders may require additional processing time.

 

ADDITIONAL HANDLING CHARGES:
Shipment of all fixed oils, distillate waters and butters that are filled in 5 gallon buckets/pails, will incur additional handling charges. Items shipped via UPS or FedEx in 5 gallon or larger buckets/pails will have additional shipping charges of $10.50 per bucket/pail.

 

This additional handling charge also applies to essential oils filled in large (20-25lb) metal canisters. To relieve our customers of the full expense of the UPS and FedEx additional handling charge, our policy is to box these canisters. We do charge a $4.00 per canister fee for this service. Liberty Natural must be notified of defect or damage to product or shipment errors within 30 days of receipt. At this time determination of how to correct the shipment will be made.


For UPS delivery times, please refer to the map below, indicating the estimated number of weekdays for ground shipping.

Your issue will be directed to the proper department for resolution. Please expect to be contacted by a staff member within 2 business days.


RETURNS:

Liberty Natural must be notified of defect or damage to product or shipment errors within 30 days of receipt. At this time determination of how to correct the shipment will be made.

 

A restock fee of 10-20% may be charged for items returned for reasons other than defect, damage or mis-shipment. This fee may also be applied for unauthorized returns.




DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:

Unfortunately, damages in transit sometimes do occur. Please, contact as soon as damages are discovered so that a claim may be expedited and so that we may assist with fulfilling your order in a timely manner.




CofA & SDS:

CofA & SDS information is available & printable on most product information/pricing pages of our website.

 

It is the responsibility of the Purchaser to examine the product CofA to ensure that the product and the product shelf life meets your companies individual needs. Regardless of any stipulations listed on the Purchasers Purchase Order. And that all returns for purpose of expiration will be at the expense of the Purchaser.


PRICE FLUCTUATION:

Bulk ingredient prices reflect recent listings, and are updated regularly. However, essential oils, botanical extracts, and herbs are commodities subject to market fluctuations. On occasion our current price for an item may be at variance with our pricing at our website. We accept no liability for errors in pricing on our website.




FILLING POLICIES:

Our Essential and Fixed Oils 16 oz and lower are filled BY HAND and BY VOLUME. Slight fluctuation of fill levels is possible. Larger Bulk orders are filled by WEIGHT.

 

For orders featuring items of large quantities (16 oz. and up), you may wish to call 1-800-289-8427 for price confirmation, or request a fax confirmation. Price commitment can only be made prior to payment.
