| MANUFACTURING PROCESS: CORNFLOWER WATER is produced by an indirect steam distillation of Centaurea cyanus L. dry flowers. Proportions are 60 kg of dry flowers for 1,000 liters (that is 60g of flowers per liter). The distilled waters are filtered on 0.25 microns ceramic filters. DESCRIPTION: -colorless to slighly yellow colored at times opalescent -it has a herbaceous, dry and metallic scent -it is used in dermatology, cosmetics and pharmacy ANALYSIS: Titration- N/A Bacteriology- the product's bacteriological quality can be evaluated and measured by an outside labratory, on customer's request (commercial contract). |
