Ordering Information & Policies
Minimum Order:
 $50.00 Minimum wholesale order.  $15.00 surcharge on orders under minimum.  International minimum $100.00. The minimum may be waived for businesses buying quantities of samples (.02 oz. size).
Minimum order amount is waived for new customers on the first order. A $30.00 NSF check charge - $50.00 collection charge. Unpaid balances accrue interest at 18% per annum. A $1.00 minimum monthly statement charge may be applied.
Will Call Minimum order $100.00 no exceptions.
Hours are strictly between 10 am to 4 pm  Monday - Friday.

Payment Terms:
 For new customers who prefer not to pay by credit or debit card the1st three orders must be COD (Certified check or money order). We do not accept prepaid orders with checks by mail. Net 30 day credit account on approved credit
We accept all major credit cards. Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover.
We accept bank wire transfers. (There is a $15.00 bank surcharge for transfers)
Shipping Terms:
 F.O.B. Factory at 20949 S. Harris Road, Oregon City, Oregon 97045. Unless explicitly agreed upon otherwise, Liberty does not accept responsibility for delayed order fulfillment or delivery.

Qualifying orders are shipped UPS Ground Residential, unless specified otherwise. Customer is responsible for published shipping cost based on the service they choose. Use the comments field on your online order form to enter such information. A $9.00 UPS charge is added to COD orders which is included in your shipping cost.

A 20% return charge plus accrued shipping expenses will be charged to customers who reject or are nor available to accept delivery.

Large international shipments need special arrangements for shipping & determination of cost.  Start the process by please telling us how you would like your order handled. This is a new area for us, and we are open to suggestion.  International orders of small to moderate size are shipped International Express unless specified otherwise. US postal international orders have a $7.50 customs document/trip fee.
Returns:
 On all current accounts, Liberty provides free pickup for qualifying returns. Call to receive a return authorization number (RMA) and instructions. Manufactured goods may be picked up for credit if received between 60 and 120 days from our ship date, and if in clean and saleable condition. 

Bulk products are returnable in the event of shipping error, defect, or damage only. 
Orders subject to shipping error, defect or damage may be returned within 20 days to qualify for a no-charge pickup. 

Note: A 10-20 percent restock fee is charged for items returned for reasons other than defect, damage or misshipment.

 Shipments:

 Liberty's policies provide secondary insurance on all of our FOB shipments.  Lost packages are excluded from insurance coverage on untrackable services selected by customers. Upon being provided evidence of loss or damage, Liberty will act immediately to replace the loss or damage without waiting for a determination by the shipper. Liberty coordinates the filing of any damage claims and immediately replaces your shipment expeditiously! Do not sign for a shipment until you have checked for external damage. If a shipment is damaged, save all packaging & containers for damage inspection by our shipping company. Contact us immediately. In order to ensure your interests are served and needs met, we need your timely cooperation.

Freight Collect Shipments

Freight collect (FC) processing is available upon customer request. FC service is available at no charge for international shipments.  Domestic FC shipments are assessed a $5.00 processing fee.  Insurance and claims on FC shipments are the responsibility of the customer.  In the event Liberty incurs a freight chargeback for an FC shipment due to no fault of our own, a $20.00 service fee will be charged, plus any other charges assessed by the Shipper. 

Back Orders:
 Out-of-stock items occasionally occur. Out-of-stock items over $10.00 are automatically back ordered unless requested otherwise. To avoid unwanted shipments (and their accompanying costs), advise us when ordering how you would like to have an out-of-stock item handled.
Order Correction:
 If you wish to make an order correction we prefer that you call us to ensure the change is made timely.  If you send an email, be sure to put "order correction" in the subject and also reference the web order number. 
Price Fluctuation:
 Bulk ingredient prices reflect recent listings, and are updated regularly. However, essential oils, botanical extracts, and herbs are commodities subject to market fluctuations. On rare occasion our current price for an item may be at variance with our pricing at our website.  We accept no liability for errors in pricing on our website.  For orders featuring items of large quantities (16 oz. and up), you may wish  to call 1-800-289-8427 for price confirmation, or request a fax confirmation. Price commitment can only be made prior to payment.
