This material is a blended essential oil product. It contains a small
amount of true Rosewood oil obtained from the leaves of the Rosewood
tree, combined with a complex mixture of linalool-rich natural essential
oils and fractions. The blend is carefully formulated to resemble pure
Rosewood essential oil in both aroma and chemical profile.

In light of recent developments regarding Rosewood oil importation and
the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species (CITES)
treaty, Liberty Natural Products conducted a review of the materials we
offer that may fall under CITES regulations.

Our supplier has informed us that this Rosewood oil blend is CITES
compliant. However, the Rosewood oil currently supplied to us is no
longer a pure and natural product as it was in the past. Instead,
derivatives of Ho Wood and other essential oils are used to create a
complex blend containing linalool and other constituents commonly found
in pure Rosewood essential oil.

This material, derived in part from Rosewood leaves and blended with
other essential oil derivatives, is intended to meet both environmental
conservation goals and the needs of the aroma industry.
